Casting continues on the Avengers and Captain America features, with Hawkeye and Dum Dum Dugan the most recent characters to be cast.  Jeremy Renner is expected to join the cast of The Avengers as Hawkeye, according to Hollywood Reporter.  Joss Whedon will direct, with Iron Man, Cap, Thor, Black Widow, Nick Fury and War Machine the other characters expected to be involved (see “Whedon to Direct Avengers”).

Neal McDonough is in negotiations to join the cast of Captain America as Dum Dum Dugan of the Howling Commandos, according to Variety.   Tommy Lee Jones also recently joined the cast (see “Tommy Lee Jones in Cap”).
