Director Pete Travis has been removed from post-production of the Judge Dredd movie by the producers, according to the LA Times. Editing on Dredd is being run by writer Alex Garland, according to the report, as a result of the producers’ reaction to the footage Travis was delivering.
The film is due for release in September 2012 (see “’Dredd’ Movie Debut Set”).
