Marvel has announced the new original graphic novel X-Men: No More Humans, releasing on May 7.
The 128-page hardcover is Marvel’s first OGN since 2011’s X-Men: God Loves, Man Kills by Chris Claremont, which hit #25 on Diamond’s Top 300 list (see "Top 300 Graphic Novels Actual--April 2011"). The story will be penned by Mike Carey (Lucifer, Hellblazer, The Unwritten, Ultimate Fantastic Four, X-Men: Legacy), with art by Salvador Larroca (X-men, Invincible Iron Man). It picks up after events of "Battle of the Atom," where the X-Men awake to find all the humans are gone- everyone from normal people to the Avengers and Fantastic Four.
The hardcover will include a code for a free digital copy of the graphic novel as well as a free digital copy of X-Men: Battle of the Atom #1.
