A new clip released by the CW network indicates the DC Comics character the Bronze Tiger, who is played by Michael Jai White, is returning for a new episode of Arrow entitled "The Awakening." Created in 1974 by Denny O’Neill and Jim Berry, the claw-wielding Bronze Tiger is a trained martial artist, who in the context of Arrow appears to be working for China White and the Triads (see "First Glimpse of Michael Jai White as the Bronze Tiger").
Meanwhile Arrow star Stephen Amell is putting out fires started yesterday by an uncorroborated report on Fandango (since modified) that indicated that he was "in studio level talks" about bringing his Arrow character to the as-yet-unannounced Justice League movie. Amell’s post on his Facebook page was unequivocal: "When I do press, I try and be open, honest and thoughtful. That being said... I find it incredibly discouraging to see a headline like the ones I've been seeing this morning. Headlines that aren't just a stretch, they're totally fabricated. At no point, have I had "studio level" discussions about any feature films at Warner Bros."
