Rosario Dawson, who be seen later this summer as Gail in Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (see "Rosario Dawson Shines in New 'Sin City' Clip"), has won a key recurring role in the 13-episode Daredevil series that Netflix is currently producing (see "Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and Luke Cage Netflix Series"). 
 
According to EW, sources at Netflix are reluctant to name the character that Dawson will portray in the Daredevil series, though they did describe it as "a dedicated young woman whose quest to heal the wounds of Hell’s Kitchen brings Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) unexpectedly crashing into her life, while her own journey forever alters his battle against the injustices of this broken city."
 
In addition to Cox and Dawson the cast of the Netflix Daredevil series also features Vincent D’Onofrio as the Kingpin (see "Vincent D'Onofrio Cast as Kingpin").
