Scottgames, LLC has announced new licensing partners, including WizKids parent NECA, for its horror-themed mobile video game franchise Five Nights at Freddy’s, brokered through licensing agent Striker Entertainment.

According to the announcement, NECA will produce "role playing party games," presumably through WizKids, animatronic figures, electronic cord accessories, gift sets, seasonal lighting, 3D figural wall art, novelty metal lunch boxes, a line of large-scale foam figures (which the company was showing at Toy Fair, see "Want a Life-size Harley Quinn for Your Store?"), and more.

WizKids did not respond to an inquiry about producing games under the new license.

Scottgames previously announced a deal with McFarlane Toys to produce construction sets based on the property (see "McFarlane Toys Gets 'Five Nights at Freddy's'").

In Five Nights at Freddy's, players take on the role of an overnight security guard at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza restaurant and arcade.  At night, the restaurant’s life-sized animatronic characters come to life and wander the restaurant.  Players must survive until the end of their shift at 6am.  Launched in 2014, the series includes three sequels. The property has also been optioned by Warner Bros. for the development of a feature film.
