Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will release the animated feature Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders in Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD formats on November 1. The film will be available for Digital HD download on October 11.

The feature will coincide with the official 50th Anniversary of the Batman TV series (see “Adam West, Burt Ward to Voice 'Batman' Feature”), and show stars Adam West, Burt Ward, and Julie Newmar provide voices for Batman, Robin and Catwoman.

The story, set in the 1960s, follows Batman and Robin as they are threatened by a quartet of foes – Penguin, The Joker, Riddler, and Catwoman. The Super-Villains have cooperated to hatch a plot that will see the Dynamic Duo go to outer space and back to foil them.
