Fathom Events has partnered with Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment for a one-day showing of Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders the day before digital release.

The movie will be shown at 2:00 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. local time on Monday October 10 at over 700 theaters nationwide. Digital HD release of the movie follows on October 11, with Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD release happening on November 1 (see “'Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders'”).

The animated film will star the voices of Adam West (Batman), Burt Ward (Robin) and Julie Newmar (Catwoman). Set within the continuity of the 1960s Batman TV show, the plot sees Penguin, The Joker, Riddler and Catwoman come together in a nefarious plot that will sent the Dynamic Duo into outer space to foil their enemies.

Before the film, audiences will also view an exclusive pre-screening introduction, and a post-screening featurette, Those Dastardly Desperados, exploring how Batman’s antagonists became icons of American pop culture.
