Smile is a bidding game where players track adorable escaped critters in the forest, and try to tempt them back home to their enclosure with juicy lightning bugs. Players take turns placing fireflies on their cards one at a time. However the wild animals of the forest also love fireflies, and they will give a player negative points. The player who collects the most valuable critters wins. The game is for 3 – 5 players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 30 minutes. MSRP is $19.99.
NMBR9 is a puzzling game of dexterity and mental acuity. Players build towers out of number tiles, matching the cards drawn from a deck. Tiles on the higher levels of the stack are worth more points, but building upwards too quickly could have consequences. Each number tile has a unique shape, and no part of the tiles can overhand without a tile directly beneath it. The player who builds the best display before the deck runs out will be the winner. The game is for 1 – 4 players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 20 minutes. MSRP is $29.99.
