Harley Quinn is taking Batman Day for her own with three new releases.

During this year’s Batman Day on September 23, DC is celebrating both the Batman and 25 years of the bubbly supervillain Harley Quinn with special releases. All books FOC on July 31 at a net price of $0.25 for retailers, with shipping on September 20 for the September 23 celebration.

Batman Day 2017 Special Edition #1 reprints Batman #16, the first issue in the “I Am Bane” story arc by Tom King and artist David Finch. The free issue also includes a new 3-page story from Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti, featuring art by Bret Blevins. Ryan Sook pays homage to The Dark Knight Returns with a cover featuring Bats and Harley.

Harley Quinn Batman Day 2017 Special Edition #1 reprints Harley Quinn #11, the first part of the “Joker Loves Harley” storyline by Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti and artist John Timms. Amanda Conner covers the free issue.

DC’s immensely popular Super Hero Girls line also gets in on the action with DC Super Hero Girls Batman Day Special Edition #1. The issue features a chapter from the upcoming Super Hero Girls: Out of the Bottle OGN, which stars Harley Quinn and is from writer Shea Fontana and artists Marcelo DiChiara and Agnes Garbowska. Yancey Labat provides the cover.

Harley Quinn will star in a number of upcoming projects in her 25th year of comics, including a crossover with Archie (see “Gotham Meets Riverdale”), a one-night-only theatrical release (see “Theatrical Release for 'Batman and Harley Quinn'”), and a one-shot and art book (see “More Harley Quinn for 25th Anniversary”).
