Goliath Games LLC, which markets games under the Goliath and Pressman Games marks, has acquired JAX Ltd, Inc., the companies announced. JAX, founded by legendary entrepreneur Zelman Levine, is perhaps best known for its Sequence games, along with Doodle Dice, Kings in the Corner, and Solitaire Frenzy.
JAX will continue to operate separately, according to Goliath President David Norman. "JAX will continue to produce its own products and maintain its brand while enjoying the benefit of Goliath’s significant global resources, including R&D, logistics, TV and digital marketing campaigns," he said. The Levine family will continue to manage the company.
