Announced last year (see “Mantic’s ‘Star Saga’ Blasts Off Next Year”), Star Saga converts Mantic’s popular Dungeon Saga game into a science fiction setting, and features streamlined gameplay. The game was funded through a very successful Kickstarter campaign that attracted $410,198 (see “Mantic Plans for 2017”).
To support the new release, Mantic is offering a special Star Saga Release Bundle to retailers who order before November 15. The bundle includes five copies of the game, two Corporation Minion Boosters, two Dice Boosters, two Player Acrylic Counter sets, two Nexus Acrylic Counter sets, two Nexus Screens, four Starship Scenery boxes, and three Starship Door boxes.
In addition to the product, each bundle comes with a free demo copy of the Star Saga core set and a free Star Saga Store Pack designed to support an in-store “paint and take” style event. The Store Pack comes with two posters, ten painting mats, ten exclusive Kira miniatures to paint, a window sticker, and a 15-minute demo game scenario.
