DC has fleshed out the creative teams and release dates for the inaugural releases under the DC Zoom and DC Ink imprints.

DC Zoom, which is aimed at middle grades readers age 8-12, kicks off with titles focused on friends, family, and growing up:

  • Super Sons: The Polarshield Project (April 2019), written by Ridley Pearson (The Kingdom Keepers series) and illustrated by Ile Gonzalez
  • DC Super Hero Girls: Spaced Out (May 2019), written by Shea Fontana (DC Super Hero Girls) and illustrated by Agnes Garbowska (DC Super Hero Girls)
  • Batman: Overdrive (August 2019), written by Fontana and illustrated by Marcelo Di Chiara (Teen Titans Go!)
  • Black Canary: Ignite (October 2019), written by Meg Cabot (The Princess Diaries series) and illustrated by Cara McGee (Dodge City)

The young adult-focused DC Ink will release stories related to coming-of-age, including teenage aspirations, struggles, and triumphs:

  • Mera: Tidebreaker (April 2019), written by Danielle Paige (Dorothy Must Die series) and illustrated by Stephen Byrne (Justice League / Power Rangers)
  • Under The Moon: A Catwoman Tale (May 2019), written by Lauren Myracle (Internet Girls series) and illustrated by Isaac Goodhart (Postal)
  • Harley Quinn: Breaking Glass (June 2019), written by Mariko Tamaki (Hulk) and illustrated by Steve Pugh (The Flintstones)
  • Teen Titans: Raven (July 2019), written by Kami Garcia (Beautiful Creatures series) and illustrated by Gabriel Picolo (Icarus and the Sun)
