Digital Manga, which has co-published a number of highly successful manga titles with Dark Horse (including Trigun and Hellsing), as well as a line of 'how-to-draw manga' books with Watson-Guptil, is planning to publish the IWGP manga series on its own this summer.  While distribution deals on the manga release have not yet been finalized the book will be available in both the direct and bookstore markets.

Based on the popular Ikebukaro West Gate Park live action TV series, which is set in Tokyo's trendiest neighborhood, the IWGP manga is a hip urban saga that will provide readers with a unique look at life in the Japanese metropolis.
