Otto Octavius, better known as Doctor Octopus, has reformed and will once again don the mantle of The Superior Spider-Man in a new ongoing series launching December 26.

The series will be written by Christos Gage (Spider-Geddon) and drawn by Mike Hawthorne (Deadpool). The first issue cover will be drawn by Travis Charest.

Otto is once again attempting to prove that he’s the most effective super hero around, although this time it doesn’t involve Peter Parker. He’s teaching at Horizon University under the alias Elliot Tolliver and also protecting San Francisco from Stilt-Man, the Night Shift, and more.
