IDW Publishing will release Parker: The Martini Edition, the first of two large-format, upscale hardcover collections of Darwyn Cooke Parker stories, in April. Parker: The Martini Edition will include two of the Darwyn Cooke adaptations of Parker stories by Richard Stark (AKA Donald Westlake) as graphic novels, "The Hunter" and "The Outfit;" as well as the shorter works "The Man with the Getaway Face" and "The Seventh;" a large number of Cooke illustrations; and a longform discussion on Parker and Westlake with Cooke, comic writer Ed Brubaker, and comics journalist Tom Spurgeon.
The 360-page, 9" x 13" slipcased hardcover will retail for $99.99.
A second collection, The Martini Edition: Last Call, with the final stories by Cooke and much unseen material, will be released late in 2020.
