The Astral Force provides support for the clans Genesis, Angel Feather, and Gear Chronicle. The Genesis clan cards make use of the "Astral Plane" ability to enhance cards from Infinideity Cradle booster set and Shinemon Nitta Trial Deck (see "‘Cardfight!! Vanguard’ Rocks ‘Infinideity Cradle’"). The new set will feature 8 reissue cards, including "Prime Plaster," "Critical Hit Angel," and "Roly-poly Worker."
The Astral Force contains 62 types of cards (54 new cards; 8 reissue cards), including 3 VR; 6 RRR; 9 RR; 15 R; and 29 C. The set will include various parallels. Each pack contains 7 cards with 2 cards being R or above rarity, with 12 packs to a display. A VR or SVR is guaranteed in every display. Each carton contains 24 displays and 2 bonus playmats.
Retailers can host Cardfight!! Vanguard Extra Booster 13 - The Astral Force Sneak Preview events on the weekend of March 27-29. Each Sneak Preview kit includes 39 boosters, 8 copies of a PR card, a special PR card, and 2 premium rubber playmats featuring the same design.
The Astral Force follows the March release of Team Dragon’s Vanity (see "‘Cardfight!! Vanguard’ Discovers ‘Team Dragon’s Vanity’").
