Repos Productions, along with Asmodee USA, has announced three new expansions for 7 Wonders New Edition.

7 Wonders New Edition: Armada Expansion allows players the chance to conquer the seas.  Players will take to the sea in their ships and discover distant cities to trade with on faraway isles.  The expansion includes new cards in the form of Armada and Isle cards to interact with.  New depths are given to the game in the form of navigators, explorers, ship-owners, and pirates.  Armada will include a Wonder board, seven shipyard boards, 28 fleet figures, 24 Armada cards, 27 Isle cards, 40 naval conflict tokens, eight military conflict tokens, two boarding tokens, six coins, a score pad, three sheets describing new effects, and a rule book.  The expansion will retail for $39.99 upon release.

7 Wonders New Edition: Cities Expansion introduces City cards to the game as well as the option to play in teams.  Mercenaries, thieves, spies, and diplomats help players extend their influence into rival cities.  The expansion includes cards originally released as the Cities Anniversary Pack and features a new box with gold leaf. Cities includes two Wonder boards, 42 cards, 26 debt tokens, four diplomacy tokens, six coins, a score pad, three sheets describing the new effects, and a rule book.  The expansion for will retail for $34.99 upon release.

7 Wonders New Edition: Leaders Expansion introduces Leader cards to help inspire and carry a player’s civilization.  Players must choose their leaders wisely as they can contribute to their greatness or end up leading rival cities.  Queens, astronomers, philosophers, and generals bring new strategic dimensions to the game.  The expansion features a new box with gold leaf, improved layout for better game immersion, and includes cards from the Leaders Anniversary Pack and original Armada and Cities expansions. Leaders includes two Wonder boards, 49 cards, bonus Cities cards, 18 coins, a score pad, three sheets describing the new effects, and a rule book.  The expansion will retail for $34.99.

7 Wonders is for 3 to 7 players, ages 10 and up, and plays in 30 minutes.  The expansions will require a copy of the base game to play.  No release date has been announced at this time.
