Vampirella and Purgatori cross paths and battle it out in their first major meeting in Dynamite's canon.  The two vampiresses find themselves involved in a conspiracy related to the 36 Tzadikim Nistarim, a prophecy that has its roots in Judaism.  Agents of Lilith are looking to corrupt people from a hidden society built around this prophecy, and Vampirella and Purgatori have to remain allies long enough to foil their plot.

This first book is written by Ray Fawkes with art by Alvaro Sarraseca, coloring by Salvatore Aiala, and lettering by Tom Napolitano.  The issue features fives covers by Derrick Chew, Carlo Pagulayan, Joseph Michael Linsner, Szymon Kudranski, and Marco Mastrazzo.  The cover price for this book will be $3.99.
