In Islands in the Mist, players hop aboard a hot air balloon in an attempt to discover the terrain below. They place their balloon on neighboring hexagons, and use prevailing winds manage their balloon's speed. Players can develop the discovered terrain by building cities and monuments. The game ends when a player has connected all the terrains to the balloon take-off site, and the player with the most point wins.
This game is for two to four players, ages 10 and up, and plays in 60 minutes. It will retail for $49.99.
