Henderson previously worked for Discover as a call center specialist and senior account manager before joining Hit Point.  In their new position, they will handle customer support needs including updates, orders, invoicing, and shipments.

Henderson replaces Avalon Emrich in the position, who has returned to working at Funagain Logistics, Hit Point’s fulfillment partner.  Funagain Logistics was formed when Funagain Fulfillment acquired Hit Point Sales in 2019 (see “Funagain Fulfillment Buys Hit Point Sales and Ship Naked”).
