Image Comics announced today that it will publish a collection of James Tynion IV’s stories from Razorblades magazine as a separate comic, Razorblades: Small Cuts Special #1. The special will include stories written by Tynion, with art by Martin Simmonds and Josh Hixson, among others, and will also reprint the comic in which Tynion’s original character Killboy (co-created with his Batman artist Ricardo Lopez Ortiz) first appeared.

Image is also publishing a hardcover collection of the first five issues of Razorblades, which was edited by Tynion and Steve Foxe (see “Image to Collect Tynion and Foxe’s ‘Razorblades’ Horror Anthology”). The horror magazine includes comics, prose stories, and interviews with creators. Both the Razorblades collection and Razorblades: Small Cuts Special #1 will go on sale on April 27, 2022.
