This game is set in the Tidal Blades world created by Mr. Cuddington, which was first released into retail via Skybound Games/Druid City in 2021  (see "'Tidal Blades: Heroes of the Reef'"). In this new game, players converge to trawl the Banner Festival. They will need to make the most profits for their trading house by selling goods, befriending the right suppliers, and making bets at the watercraft race. The game features a trick-taking mechanic that helps players gain advantages over rival merchants, and there are multiple routes to victory.

The game box comes with a circular board, 40 Merchandise cards, 46 Profit tokens, 20 Squishy Goya Fruit, 5 Wooden Watercraft, 70 Wooden Banner tokens, 35 Character cards, 5 reference cards, and a Wooden Trade Gate. Tidal Blades: Banner Festival is for one to five players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 30 minutes. It will retail for $39.99.
