Former Asmodee USA Head of U.S. Distribution Andre Kieren has entered into a consulting relationship with Funforge, Sarl through his new entity Kieren Consulting LLC, while in his new role at Asmodee subsidiary Miniature Market.  Kieren’s role with Funforge is to grow sales of the company’s games in the U.S.

“With the growth of our evergreen Tokaido brand through the upcoming launches of Namiji (see “’Tokaido’ Sequel ‘Namiji’”) and soon after Tokaido Duo in the USA it is a great time to expand our team in America,” Funforge founder and CEO Philippe Nouhra said of the new relationship with Kieren. “His experience of the United States market in Logistics and Sales is going to be helpful in our expansion.”

Kieren Consulting LLC is focused on logistics, project management, increasing sales in the hobby, mass, and online channels, and ensuring that distributors and agencies are honoring their obligations.

Kieren left his role as Asmodee Vice President - Head of U.S. Distribution earlier this year (see “Andre Kieren Steps Down as Head of Distribution”), and moved to a new role as Vice President of Business Development at online retailer Miniature Market, which is also owned by Asmodee.  Asmodee’s acquision of Miniature Market in 2021 is part of a larger strategy to move into retail (see “Asmodee’s Moves into Retail”).

“I stepped back from the Asmodee North America Head of Distribution role in June,” Kieren explained to ICv2. “The business had grown a lot in the five years that I ran it.  Stepping back was the right thing for me, and this new role is suited to my skills and experience.  Plus, I have the added benefit of being able to pursue some side projects – like the one with Funforge. A 'win-win' and I stay in the Asmodee family.”
