To celebrate the 250th Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series, Konami Digital Entertainment will host simultaneous events on three continents the weekend of April 1-2, 2023, the company announced. Events will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center, at the Agora Bogota Convention Center in Bogota, Columbia, and in London at ExCeL London.
Participants will receive a Game Mat and Field Center Card; winners will take home a unique Ultra Rare Anotherverse Dragon card commemorating the event and a special YCS trophy. A variety of other activities will take place at the weekend events, including Win-A-Mat tournaments, Attack of the Giant Card!!, Rivalry of Warlords, and digital game tournaments. As a special 250th YCS activity, duelists will compete in Time Wizard events using formats from previous milestone YCS events.
Konami resumed in-person YCS events in April 2022 (see "'Yu-Gi-Oh!' Championship Series Returns").
