BOOM! Studios is launching a new Pen & Ink collection of art-focused black and white editions of the first issues of their best-selling comics, including Something Is Killing the Children, The Many Deaths of Laila Starr, and Brzrkr.  The deluxe-format issues will be printed on wood-free paper with a cardstock cover and will include commentary by the artists.  Each issue will also have a spot UV variant and a blank sketchable variant cover.

The Pen & Ink collection will be available only from comic shops and direct from the publisher.  Something Is Killing the Children: Pen & Ink #1 by James Tynion IV and Werther Dell-Edera will be available June 14, 2023, while the Pen & Ink edition of The Many Deaths of Laila Starr #1 by Ram V and Filipe Andrade will be released in August 2023 and BRZRKR #1 by Keanu Reeves, Matt Kindt, and Ron Garney, will be published in October 2023.
