Wizards of the Coast offered up details on the event schedule for Magic: The Gathering: Wilds of Eldraine as well as a look at the new promos for these events.

The Wilds of Eldraine (see "'Magic: The Gathering: Wilds of Eldraine'") event season has several organized play events for retailers to engage their player bases with. The schedule starts with prerelease events that run from September 1-7, 2023. These events will be supported by the following promos: Hornet Queen (printed in French), Harvester of Souls, Kalonian Hydra (low print quantity, printed in Spanish), and Goblin Rabblemaster. Along with the events, WotC will be offering Prerelease Early Sales again. These sales will be supported by an Expel the Interlopers Buy-a-Box promo, which can be given out for purchases of a Draft, Set, or Collector booster display (while supplies last).

WotC has brought back the Open House event that can be run from September 8-10, 2023. This event replaces the Launch Party this time around and is aimed at getting new Magic players into the store to socialize. The promo for this event will be a Drown in Loch card. The Open House will be followed by the Commander Party on September 15-17, 2023. Commander Parties are open to all stores and are supported by a Syr Konrad, the Grim promo. The event schedule is capped off by a Store Championship, which can be run from September 30-October 8, 2023, and features a Tail Swipe, a Transcendent Message, and a Moonshaker Cavalry as the promos.

WotC is also offering some promos that can be given away throughout the season. There will be a Cultivate card that will be offered as a Bring-a-Friend promo as well as the usual promo packs and Welcome Boosters that are given out over the course of a season. Starting the weekend of September 22, 2023, WotC will also give WPN stores Lotus Petal promos to hand out to anyone that shows up and plays in an event (whiles supplies last).
