Marv Wolfman, who wrote Marvel’s Tomb of Dracula for most of its run in the 1970s and co-created the vampire hunter Blade with Gerry Conway, is back on the vampire beat with a new one-shot, What If…? Dark: Tomb of Dracula #1. The latest in Marvel Comics' horror spin on the classic What If…? comics explores what would happen if Dracula changed Blade into a vampire. The artists are David Cutler and Scott Hanna, and Giuseppe Camuncoli is the cover artist. The issue will go on sale on November 8, 2023.
Marvel Launched the What If…? Dark series in July 2023 with two comics each in July and August (see “Marvel Launches Dark ‘What If...?’ Stories in July”).
