Wizards of the Coast announced three The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth Tins, for Magic: The Gathering, which will be available at Walmart, Walmart.com, and select Meijer stores on September 1, 2023.

These three tins feature LotR artwork on the top of the lid. They include two non-LotR promo cards: Lathril, Blade of the Elves (in foil-etched treatment) and Llanowar Elves (in a retro frame).  It also comes with three The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth Set Boosters.
