Oni Press has announced a new deluxe edition of Brenna Thummler’s Delicates, the second volume of her middle-grade Sheets trilogy. Delicates: Collector’s Edition will have a new cover and will contain new material including sketches and character designs, storyboards, Easter eggs, and other extras. The collector’s edition will be released on March 12, 2024.

The trilogy began in 2018 with Sheets (see “Review: ‘Sheets’ TP”), the story of a young girl grieving her mother, trying to keep the family’s laundry service going, and contending with the ghost of a young boy who hasn't accepted his new situation yet. Sheets debuted on the BookScan Adult Top 20 (see “September 2018 NPD BookScan – Top 20 Graphic Novels”), and Oni published a collector’s edition of that book in 2021. Delicates was first published in 2021 (see “Oni-Lion Forge Unveils Spring 2021 Kids and YA Graphic Novels”), and the third volume, Lights, was released on September 5, 2023.
