Amigo Games will release Saboteur (20th Anniversary), a classic card game by Frederic Moyersoen, into retail in April 2024.
Saboteur is a hand management card game where players assume the roles of dwarves digging for gold in a maze of tunnels, all while trying to sabotage their opponents' efforts to mine by breaking tools and causing cave-ins. This game was first released in 2004, and saw multiple printings in the U.S. via various companies, the most recent being in 2018 (see "Amigo Spiel Launches US Company"). The 20th Anniversary edition includes the Saboteur base game and the Saboteur 2 expansion (see "'Saboteur,' 'Saboteur 2 ") as well as the special action cards from the Saboteur World Championships 2016-2023. It also comes with the mini expansions Tunnel Toll, Wardrobe Cavern, and Tunnel Party and two brand-new mini expansions: New Goals and Treasure Chests.
This game is for three to 10 players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 30 minutes.
