Wizards of the Coast revealed the different card treatments for Duskmourn: House of Horrors, a new Magic: The Gathering set. This set will hit retail on September 27, 2024 (see "'Magic: The Gathering' 'Duskmourn' Set").
The Duskmourn: House of Horrors set has a whole new array of card treatments for players to collect. Most of these card treatments pay homage to the supernatural horror genre. As an example, the legendary cards in the set have a Double Exposure treatment, which features an art style that is supposed to resemble photographs of the supernatural. These cards also come as textured foils. There are also Mirror Monster cards in the set that showcase the monsters in the set in a hyper-stylized form.
Additionally, the set contains Japan Showcase cards that have horror art from Japanese illustrators. These cards also come in a new prismatic Fractured Foil treatment. There are also Paranormal Frame cards that feature a retro ghost tech style as well as full-art lands that depict the interior of Duskmorn. The set also has borderless cards and borderless split cards. Finally, to round out the set also offers up Special Guest cards that include reprints of Collected Company and Damnation.
