The new Structure Deck introduces Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon, a level 12 Synchro Monster. This card can negate an opponent's activated effect, and then consumes the effect to gain 1000 Attack Points for the turn. It also protects a player's Graveyard, so that none of the cards in it can be banished. This deck also comes with the Neo Kaiser Sea Horse, which is a Level 4 Tunar, and the Roar of the Blue-Eyed Dragons spell card that lets players summon a Blue-Eyes White Dragon right out of their decks.
This deck comes with 50 cards: 5 ultra rares, 3 super rares, and 42 commons. It will retail for $11.99.
