Konami Digital Entertainment has offered new details about the upcoming Blue-Eyes White Destiny Structure Deck for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG, releasing in February, to help celebrate the game’s 25th Anniversary.
Announced earlier this month (see “Konami Announces New ‘Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG’ Structure Deck”), this release will introduce the powerful level 12 Synchro Monster Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon as part of a fixed-card deck. The company has now announced that the deck will feature 51 cards thanks to the addition of a Secret Rare copy of one of three Ultra Rare cards already included in the deck: Maiden of White, Wishes for Eyes of Blue, or Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon. In addition, some copies of the Structure Deck will have an upgraded “Quarter Century Secret Rare” version of this additional Secret Rare card instead.
With the additional card, the deck will now include 1 Secret Rare or Quarter Century Secret Rare, 5 Ultra Rare, 3 Super Rare, and 42 Common cards. MSRP remains unchanged at $11.99 and the release date remains February 7.
