Former Fantagraphics Books marketing director Jacq Cohen has announced on social media that she is the new Director of Marketing & Publicity for Abrams ComicArts. Cohen spent 15 years at Fantagraphics, from 2009 to 2024, before leaving in June 2024 to become Director of PR & Marketing for the webtoon platform Tapas (see “Tapas Hires Jacq Cohen”). At Abrams, she will be responsible for titles from the ComicArts, Megascope, and Surely imprints as well as the new manga line, Kana.
