Mad Cave Studios has announced it will publish the manga Infini-T Force, which features the Tatsunoko Production heroes Gachaman, Tekkaman, Casshan, and Hurricane Polimar battling for justice in a crossover story. The series is written by Ukyou Kodachi, one of the writers of the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations manga, with art byTatsuma Ejiri. Mad Cave will publish the series under its Nakama Press imprint and plans to release the first two volumes on June 3, 2025, and the third on August 5 with an MSRP of $10.99 per paperback volume.
Created to celebrate Tatsunoko Production’s 55th anniversary, Infini-T Force brings together the heroes of four of the studio’s anime from the 1970s, Science Ninja Team Gatchaman, Casshan, Hurricane Polymar, and Tekkaman: The Space Knight, who are summoned and sent into action by a teenage girl with a special pencil. The manga was adapted into an anime television series and an anime film. The first four volumes were published by Udon Entertainment in 2017-2018 (see “Manga Round-Up”), but the rest of the ten-volume series has not been published in English.
Mad Cave inked a deal with Tatsunoko Production in 2023 to publish original comics based on the Gatchaman anime (see “Mad Cave to Publish ‘Gatchaman’ Comics”).
