Tabletop Tycoon acquired the Trailblazer line of games from Mariposa Games, the company announced.

The Trailblazer game line, a hiking game by Dan R Rice III, consists of three main titles (Trailblazer: The John Muir Trail, Trailblazer: The Arizona Trail, and Trailblazer: The Colorado Trail) as well as a couple small expansions. In each of these games, players embark on a journey where they explore the natural wonders of the trail and have various encounters. The Colorado Trail, the newest addition to the line, features Rocky Mountain tabletop adventures like river rafting, hiking, and more.

“It’s another great milestone on our ongoing journey to expand our portfolio of games,” said Dan Yarrington, CEO of Tabletop Tycoon.

The Colorado Trail is scheduled to release in 2026.
