Tabletop Tycoon has acquired the Canvas family of games from R2i Games (also known as Road to Infamy), the company announced.  The family consists of the base game, which R2i brought to the U.S. via Asmodee in 2022 (see "’Canvas’ Comes to U.S. Retail"), and two expansion (Canvas: Reflections and Canvas: Finishing Touches).

The game and expansions were created by R2i principals Jeff Chin and Andrew Nerger.  In the base game, players compete in an art competition using semi-transparent cards.  In Canvas: Finishing Touches, players compete for unique frames, with the best art winning a spot on the gallery wall.

Tabletop Tycoon acquired Mariposa Games’ Trailblazer line last month (see "Tabletop Tycoon Acquires").
