ICv2: 'The Third: The Girl With the Blue Eye'

The Right Stuf International and Kadokawa Pictures, USA announced they will be distributing the first North American DVDs of The Third: The Girl with the Blue Eye Vol. 1: Encounter, starting July 31st. Encounter is the first of six volumes and includes the first four episodes of the anime ($24.99 MSRP).

The Third: The Girl with the Blue Eye follows the adventures of Honoka, who solves problems for her clients using her sword skills and A.I. tank. The 24-episode anime is based on a series of novels and manga by Ryou Hoshino and illustrated by Nao Goto that originally appeared in Dragon Magazine starting in 1999.

The Third: The Girl with the Blue Eye is for viewers 15 and older.
