The pilot based on the Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming comic series Powers (see “The T-Mobile Girl Gets ‘Powers’”) is undergoing  retooling, with reshoots, according to Hollywood Reporter.  The decision to rework the Powers pilot was made in conjunction with the cancellation of another pilot project, Outlaw Country, which had gone through a similar retooling process.  The survival of the Powers project is obviously a positive; but the requirements for reshoots is just as obviously not.

The series is being developed for FX.
