According to the Anime News Service, the Crash Media Group and its partner Abrams Gentile Entertainment have developed a 'conductive ink,' which can be applied through conventional printing methods, and which can activate 'a wide array of sounds, including spoken dialogue (in various languages) and sound effects.' The Crash Media Group is hoping to interest Japanese publishers Kodansha, Shogakukan, and Kadokawa in the ink and in the prospect of publishing 'talking manga.'
