New York Comic-Con has announced that Todd McFarlane will be a Guest of Honor at the show, scheduled for February 24-26 at the Javits Center in New York City.  McFarlane's appearance will tie in with a retrospective exhibit at the Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art, which opens February 25th and runs until May 1st.  McFarlane will appear at a special Preview Reception hosted by New York Comic-Con at MoCCA on Friday, February 24th.  Free tickets for the first week of the exhibit will be available at the MoCCA booth at the convention. 

 

McFarlane is the second Guest of Honor announced for the show; Marvel's Joe Quesada was the first (see 'New York Comic-Con Names Event Staff').
