White Wolf is releasing two more novels in Nancy A. Collins' Sonja Blue cycle of 'punk' vampire sagas under its Borealis Imprint.  The first ever trade paperback editions of In the Blood and Paint It Black will be the perfect match for White Wolf's reissue of the first novel in the series, Sunglasses After Dark, the classic modern vampire saga that came out in a Borealis edition in September of 2000.  As with Sunglasses After Dark, both In the Blood  ($12.99) and Paint It Black ($12.99) will feature cover paintings by Thom Ang.  White Wolf will publish In the Blood in the spring of 2004 and Paint It Black a year later.  This fall, Borealis will release Dead Roses For A Blue Lady, Collins' collection of Sonja Blue short fiction.  White Wolf editions of two other Sonja Blue novels, Darkest Heart and A Dozen Black Roses are available now.  After the publication of Paint It Black in spring 2005, all six volumes in the Sonja cycle will be available in White Wolf/Borealis trade editions.

White Wolf, thanks to its popular Vampire RPGs is the industry leader in undead role-playing, so it makes perfect sense for the company to publish Nancy Collins' award-winning modern vampire series.  Collins is well known in the comic market thanks to a two-year stint as a writer for DC Comics Swamp Thing.
