Lion Forge’s Magnetic Collection will release the first English-language edition of award-winning cartoonist Giacomo Bevilacqua’s The Sound of the World by Heart.

Originally published in Italian by BAO publishing, The Sound of the World by Heart explores social isolation, cataloguing the experiences of a photojournalist who chooses to spend 60 days in New York City without talking to a single person. The 192-page, full-color hardcover has an MSRP of $24.99. It will be in stores in March.

Bevilacqua is the award-winning creator of the Panda Likes daily cartoon strip, and has several comics projects lined up for 2017-2018, including a new Dylan Dog project.

Lion Forge acquired Magnetic Press, Inc., earlier this year, which has transitioned to the Magnetic Collection, curated by Magnetic Press publisher and president Mike Kennedy (see “Lion Forge Comics Acquires Magnetic Press”).
