Netflix has announced that it will produce Love Alarm, its first Korean drama series, for release in 2018. The series will be based on a popular webtoon by Kye Young Chon, carried by the portal Daum. It will be produced by famed K-drama producer Jaemon Lee (Signal, An Incomplete Life).
Love Alarm, one of the most popular webtoon series in Korea, is centered on a disruptive new app that tells the user if someone within 10 meters has romantic feelings for them.
