WizKids attended Wizards of the Coast’s Dungeons & Dragons live-streaming event “Stream of Annihilation” and shared details on licensed releases tied to the upcoming Tomb of Annihilation storyline (see “Next 'Dungeons & Dragons' Storyline Announced”).
The Dungeons & Dragons Tomb of Annihilation Board Game will release in August, and will be available in both standard and premium editions (see “More 'Dungeons & Dragons' Board Game Teases”). The premium version will include pre-painted miniatures.
The Dungeons and Dragons Dice Masters: Tomb of Annihilation set based on the Dice Masters platform deisgned by Mike Elliott and Eric M. Lang, will introduce draft packs to the game (see “'Dungeons & Dragons Dice Masters' Expands”). The set will include more than 30 adventurers and monsters. Release is planned for September.
The Dungeons & Dragons Icons of the Realms Miniatures: Tomb of Annihilation booster releasing on July 26 will include 44 painted miniatures (see “WizKids Announces 7th 'D&D Icons of the Realms' Set”). The Case Incentive will include set pieces including a green devil wall mask, portals, multiple potions, many traps, and a howling devil.
The next Dungeons & Dragons Nolzur’s Marvelous Miniatures unpainted set will also feature characters from the new storyline (see “WizKids Reveals Next Races for 'D&D Unpainted' Minis”).
More information will be available next week.
