More artists have been added to the lineup for Marvel Legacy #1.

The one-shot, which kicks of the Marvel Legacy initiative, will include work from Steve McNiven (Secret Empire), Russell Dauterman (The Mighty Thor), Chris Samnee (Thor: The Mighty Avenger), Alex Maleev (Daredevil), Stuart Immonen (Empress), Pepe Larraz (The Mighty Thor), Jim Cheung (Amazing Spider-Man), Daniel Acuna (Sam Wilson: Captain America), Greg Land (Weapon X), and Ed McGuinness (Spider-Man / Deadpool).

Marvel had already revealed that writer Jason Aaron and artist Esad Ribic would be contributing to the issue, which hits shelves on September 27 (FOC on August 21).

Several of the newly announced creators for Marvel Legacy #1 are contributing to other titles in the initiative.  Marvel Legacy #1 will set up more than fifty series (see "'Legacy' #1 Will Lead into 53 Marvel Series"), and the publisher has launch parties planned for the kickoff (see "Launch Party For 'Marvel Legacy' #1").

Promotional support for the initiative includes free copies of Marvel Previews (see "Marvel Makes 'Marvel Previews' Free for 'Legacy'").
