Sarah Gaydos has joined Oni Press in the position of Editorial Director of Licensed Publishing.
Gaydos is the former Group Editor of IDW, where she oversaw several popular series, including Star Trek and Jem and the Holograms (see "ICv2 Interview: IDW's Chris Ryall and Sarah Gaydos"), and also co-helmed the benefit anthology Love Is Love with Jamie S. Rich based on an idea from Marc Andreyko. The anthology earned Eisner (see "'Saga' Stands Out at the 2017 Eisners") and Ringo Awards, as well as a Diamond Gem recognition. Gaydos was also recognized with a "Best of San Diego People" award for her work uplifting women in the comics industry. At Oni, Gaydos will continue to focus on original and licensed content for comics newcomers and girls.
