This expansion contains six scenarios that let players make choices that will tip the balance of the It's a Wonderful World  story (see "Expand An Empire in 'It's a Wonderful World'") towards either peace or World War. At the beginning of a game, players get an envelope with special rules for the scenarios as well as extra cards. Then, players receive different rewards for their choices made during each scenario. The sixth scenario is a branch scenario which is dependent on what happens in the fourth scenario, and the winner of the campaign is the player that wins the last scenario.

This expansion supports one to five players, age 14 and up, and plays in 30 to 60 minutes. It will retail for $24.99.
