Toy Vault has signed a multi-year licensing agreement to produce toys and collectibles based on properties created by polymath creator John Kovalic. The properties involved include the Dork Tower and Dr. Blink: Superhero Shrink comics, and the My Little Cthulhu and Mythos Buddies figures, among others. The first products will be a series of collectible enamel pins based on My Little Cthulhu.
"I love Toy Vault’s work – they have a great eye for detail, and their quality is unmatched," Kovalic said of his new licensee. "It’s going to be huge fun, creating geeky goodies with them!"
This is the second major new Toy Vault license announced this year; a license with Paizo to produce merch based on Pathfinder and Starfinder was announced in April (see "Toy Vault Gets Paizo License"). The company has become more active under the management of Director Derek Osborne and of parent Webbed Sphere Inc. CEO John Ward (see "Toy Vault Reboots Branded Plush Lines").
